Tzatziki

Ingredients:

2 Cup Greek Yogurt (I use 5% FAGE Greek Yogurt)
1 Small Cucumber (approx 5-6 inches)
2-4 Garlic Cloves (pressed/grated – depends how strong you want it)
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 Pinch Salt (to taste)

Instructions:

Grate the cucumber.

Strain tightly using a cloth until dry, or squeeze in your hands to release the juice.

Mix together all ingredients and serve with pita bread.

Notes:

The garlic tends to get stronger as the tzatziki sits.. you can always add more if you need.
