1 head Cauliflower Grab an entire head, or a bag of pre-cut cauliflower
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Salt

This quick and easy cauliflower mash recipe makes a creamy, smooth and delicious mash in just minutes

Cut the cauliflower head into manageable pieces (florets) or empty a pre-cut bag into a large bowl

At this point, you can add a tbsp of water into the bowl, cover with a wet paper towel and microwave for 6-7 minutes OR, you can toss into a pot of boiling water until tender.

Add the cauliflower into a mixer or food processor along with the coconut oil and salt.

Blend until completely smooth. If you're using a blender, you may need to use a plunger to push the cauliflower down into the blades. You don't want to add any water to make it blend easier as it will just thin out the mash
